Andri Christoudia Gumuskut
Andri Christoudias was born in Nicosia in 1972 but comes from Assia. She is a psychologist, systemic family psychotherapist and couples therapist, with many years of distinguished experience in the fields of mental health and public administration. As the founder of the "Logo Psyche" Systemic Counselling Centre, she provides specialised therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families and groups.
Her scienti fic training is multidimensional: she is a Certi fied Parent and Teacher Trainer (Gordon Training International) and a Group Facilitator in Synthetic Play Therapy (NOCN). With continuous specialisation in contemporary therapeutic approaches (Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples, Narrative Psychotherapy), Andri Christoudias prioritises strengthening the family fabric and addressing contemporary social challenges, considering personal development to be the foundation of a healthy society.
At the same time, her academic background in Business Administration and her MBA in Public Administration, combined with her long experience in the public sector, have provided her with valuable knowledge in the organisation of European research and the management and training of human resources.
Her professional identity is inextricably linked to social contribution. Through her collaboration with numerous social organisations, she creates and implements therapeutic and psychoeducational programmes aimed at empowering and improving the quality of life of their members. Of particular note is her close collaboration with the Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Heart Disease, where their shared vision "From the Heart" to support families of children with congenital heart disease was honoured with the Boussias 2023 award.
Her decision to run for the House of Representatives with Volt is a conscious act of political responsibility. It responds to the need for a policy that advocates social justice, peace and prosperity for citizens. For Andri Christoudias, the values of equality, peace and the reunification of Cyprus are not pre-election slogans but a way of life. Her vision and goal, for which she works, is to heal our collective trauma through contact and meaningful connection between the people of Cyprus.
She is part of a team with shared values, striving for a homeland that serves the needs of all its citizens and ensures a fair and hopeful future for the next generations.
