Digital Transformation Expert | Director & Producer. A Cypriot citizen since 2008, Eugene has called the island home since 1995. His career is built on 25 years of professional experience, beginning with high-level work in video production, motion design, and 3D animation.

Following his media career, Eugene spent the last decade in the UK specialising in data-driven interactive platforms and Virtual Reality. Now based in Protaras, he serves as a Partner and CTO for a European E-Learning provider, where he develops automated solutions for government and educational sectors. Eugene is a vocal advocate for the digitisation of bureaucratic processes and the promotion of technology to modernise public services. A father of three and fluent in three languages, he is committed to making Cyprus a leader in digital efficiency.
