Melina Limnati has 20 years of experience in strategic planning and execution in the field of Marketing, having worked with global brands in the sectors of hospitality, FMCG, technology, and services, creating strategies that enhance competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable growth.
She also served for three years as a member of the Management Board of a non-pro fit private school, deepening her understanding of the education sector and strengthening her leadership and strategic skills. At the same time, she led the Cyprus Peace Festival initiative, a volunteer e ffort aimed at opening the discussion on intergenerational trauma and the role of community engagement in building peace.
In 2025, she founded and now directs her own Marketing and Strategy company. She believes that democracy is advanced institutionally, systematically, and with progressivism, grounded in realism and a willingness to collaborate. She has been an active member of Volt Cyprus since early 2024 and was elected to the Political Council of the movement in December 2025. She coordinates the Finance Committee and is an active member of the Reconciliation Committee.
