Michalis Christou Kittos
Michalis (Kittos) Christou was born in 1995 in Alethriko. His mother, Soula Christou, is from Alethriko, while his father, Christakis Kittos, is from the occupied village of Agios Theodoros Karpasia.
Michalis completed his military service in 2016 and studied at the philosophy departments of Stirling (Scotland) and Bristol (England). He is now a doctoral researcher and teaching assistant at the University Institute of Philosophy and Scientific Method in Austria.
He was Deputy President of the Ammochostos - For Cyprus party. Now, as a member of Volt's Political Bureau, he is the coordinator of the party's Foreign and European Affairs Committee. His interests focus in particular on the Cyprus problem, the Middle East and international law. The most important thing for him is a fair and accessible future built on the values of justice, ethics and education.
